As anticipation builds for the continental football championship, Msheireb Downtown Doha has been selected as the central hub of media operations and one of the best sites to enjoy the spirit of the games.

    Msheireb Properties’ flagship regeneration downtown will house the Media Centre for the entire tournament within its sustainably constructed buildings designed to blend modernity with Qatari cultural heritage.

    The state-of-the-art infrastructure and strategic downtown location provide international journalists and broadcasters an ideal base to connect with worldwide viewers and bring extensive coverage of Asian football’s foremost national teams to billions globally.

    Sikkat Wadi Msheireb will transform into the Asian Sikka, giving visitors exposure to the diverse cultures of the 24 participating nations. Guests will be able to taste authentic cuisine, observe traditional craft-making, and view cultural exhibits and performances by talented artists.
    The Asian Sikka will allow fans to literally walk-through Asia and experience the continents’ rich cultures and customs firsthand while roaming performers throughout the Sikka celebrate different cultures.
    A custom-built Human Foosball Arena in Sahat Wadi Msheireb will host friendly matches between fans. Up to 16 players will step into the cage designed to create conditions similar to a typical foosball table with live entertainment providing play-by-play commentary and music.


    Barahat Msheireb will broadcast live evening matches, inviting fans to come together for each momentous goal and thrilling save. The entire Baraha will be closed off for the public during the games and visitors will be able to purchase an entry ticket.

    Fans can test their football skills at stations featuring Football Bowling, Football Golf Target, and Subsoccer games for a nominal fee, competing for prizes while supporting their teams on screen.

    Comfortable seating areas will allow visitors to recharge over a range of cuisines selected from Msheireb Downtown restaurants between interactive football sessions and rousing matches in an unforgettable atmosphere fusing world-class football action with vibrant fan culture.
